FOR MAXIMUM BENEFIT

• Place the support over the lower chest so that the wrist strap is placed in the centre
• Tie the upper arm strap on the affected arm of the injured shoulder
• Place the arm in the resting position and lock it with the wrist strap
• Place the shoulder cap over the injured shoulder as shown in the image and fix it with the velcro straps for comfortable fit

• Dry in shade on a flat surface
